Can a serious incident be investigated without requiring the complainant to waive legal rights?
The Terms of Use state: “These limits do not apply to fraud; willful misconduct or willful injury; gross negligence; death or personal injury caused by negligence; a violation of law or statutory right that cannot be limited; or another liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to limit.”
The company publishes no complaint record, no incident report and no investigation. A report about a product can be sent to [email protected]. The Terms of Use state that the Site is informational only, and that it does not sell products, accept orders, quote binding prices, or process payments. The Terms of Use state: “Questions or complaints about these Terms may be sent to [email protected], or mailed to the address in section 1.”
