Every commercial NanoFlashing™ product is made by a manufacturing partner, in their facility, in their format. The label carries the product name, the panel filter description, the nominal size and the producer's name and address, so an article can be identified from the label it carries.

C-POLAR has published no recall. The Terms of Use state that the Site is informational only, and that it does not sell products, accept orders, quote binding prices, or process payments. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.

Does the company offer a route for reporting a second incident after an initial case was closed?

The route on the Contact page is one email address and one telephone number, and it stays open.

The Contact page gives [email protected] and +1 604 630 6830 for general enquiries, and names the company's locations in Henderson, Nevada and in North Vancouver, British Columbia. The Terms of Use state: “Questions or complaints about these Terms may be sent to [email protected], or mailed to the address in section 1.” Hours, languages, case handling and escalation for a finished product are set by the maker or seller that supports it.

Can a public recall notice remain findable after the product page is removed?

C-POLAR has published no recall notice.

The Terms of Use state that Site Content may become outdated after the publication or review date shown with it. A copy held in a cache, an archive or a screenshot is not the company's current wording. The text form of each page, at an address of its own, carries the line that nothing in it is paraphrased, shortened or added to, and the date the page was last reviewed. The Terms of Use state: “A citation, quotation, name, logo, link, or third-party test does not by itself mean that the third party sponsors, endorses, certifies, or approves C-POLAR, a C-POLAR product, a Site claim, or a proposed use.”

Would a corrected warning reach users who downloaded the old manual?

The directions for the filter are printed on the filter, and they do not depend on a website being reachable.

The company's own label for the NanoFlashing™ Air Filter carries the directions for use, the operating conditions, the storage and disposal instructions and the cautions in one place. The label states when to replace it: at the pressure drop or the replacement interval printed on it, whichever comes first. Each answer in this library carries the date it was last reviewed, and when its wording changes, the answer carries the new text and a new review date.
