Terms of that kind are agreed in writing between the parties to them, and C-POLAR publishes no service contract and no monitoring plan.
The Terms of Use state that the Site is informational only, that it does not sell products, accept orders, quote binding prices, or process payments, and that these Terms do not govern the sale, delivery, installation, return, warranty, or use of a finished product. What data a buyer receives, and in what form, is written into the contract that creates the monitoring. What the company does publish about measurement at working sites is on the Validation page: since 2020 NanoFlashing™ has been installed in hospitals, airports, banks and universities, and independently measured with MicronView's 405 nm Bio-fluorescent Air Monitoring System, which distinguishes biological particles from inert dust in real time.
