Does a savings calculation adjust for weather and building occupancy?

This site publishes no energy figure for a building it has not measured, and it does not carry a measurement across from one building to another.

The Validation page reports one building energy measurement, at a financial landmark in London over six months from March 2024 to September 2024, measured before and after the air handling unit filters were changed to NanoFlashing™. That is one building over one period, in its own air handling units, and it is not an energy result for another system, another filter configuration or another loading condition. The Validation page also names Eurovent Certita Certification, Certificate No. 15.06.011, which certifies a ten-pocket bag filter at ISO ePM1 70% with an A class energy rating; a rating belongs to the construction that was tested. The Terms of Use state: “A reported result describes only what the identified test found.”

Whether a savings calculation is adjusted for weather or occupancy is decided by whoever specifies that calculation.
