Does a service-level promise measure response time or time to restore function?

Can a supplier claim uptime while a unit runs below the agreed airflow?

How a system behaves when its filters change is decided by that system, and the label sets the filter's own limits.

The NanoFlashing™ Air Filter is specified by nominal size, rated airflow and maximum face velocity, and its label instructs: “Do not use where this filter would restrict airflow beyond the system's specification.” It also states: “Improper installation can reduce airflow or damage the equipment.” and “Results in a building depend on the system, the airflow, and how well the filter fits its track.”

Whether a unit that is running but below an agreed airflow counts as available is decided by the contract that uses that word, and C-POLAR is not party to it.
