Does a monitoring contract include calibration and replacement of failed sensors?
Terms of that kind are agreed in writing between the parties to them, and C-POLAR publishes no service contract and no monitoring plan.
The Terms of Use state that the Site is informational only, that it does not sell products, accept orders, quote binding prices, or process payments, and that these Terms do not govern the sale, delivery, installation, return, warranty, or use of a finished product. Calibration of monitoring equipment and replacement of a failed sensor are written into the contract that creates the monitoring. A sensor in an air cleaner belongs to the unit, not to the filter, and C-POLAR publishes no sensor specification.
