Can seasonal performance shortfalls trigger a remedy even if the annual average passes?

Terms of that kind are agreed in writing between the parties to them, and C-POLAR publishes no service contract and no monitoring plan.

Which period a remedy is tested against is written into the contract that provides the remedy. The label for the NanoFlashing™ Air Filter states: “This filter treats the air that passes through it.” and “Results in a building depend on the system, the airflow, and how well the filter fits its track.”
