Does the packaging clearly distinguish an industrial respirator from a general face covering?
What is printed on a pack, and how one product is distinguished from another on it, is set by the manufacturer and seller of that product.
No authority has approved, registered, cleared or endorsed the NanoFlashing™ Air Filter, and the company classifies its own article. The company publishes no finished-mask evidence, and it offers no respirator, mask or insert. The Terms of Use state: “Nothing on the Site authorizes anyone to manufacture, integrate, market, resell, or describe a product as C-POLAR-enabled.”
For the one article the company does label, the NanoFlashing™ Air Filter, the label states plainly what it is: a panel air filter for forced-air heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, and that it is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
