Can facial movement shift the treated insert away from the intended airflow path?
The company publishes no finished-mask evidence, and it offers no respirator, mask or insert.
The Terms of Use state that, as of their effective date, the Water, Textiles, Food packaging, and Medical devices chapters describe Research Applications, and that they do not describe finished products currently available from C-POLAR for those uses. What the Textiles chapter publishes is the material: the NanoFlashing™ Textile has a permanent positive polarity, a fixed positive charge, and the fabric stays waterproof, breathable, strong and washable. Where a part sits inside a mask while a face moves is a property of that mask's design, and it is assessed by whoever designs it.
The Terms of Use state: “A test of C-POLAR material, a component, or a prototype does not establish the performance of a finished product that incorporates it.”
