The nearest record is on the material: The Open University of Hong Kong, Test Report IRITS2020007030001R1, 7 June 2021, measured bacterial filtration efficiency on a spunlace nonwoven by a method modified from ASTM F2101:2019, after accelerated ageing to ASTM F1980-16 equivalent to five years at room temperature; it is a material test, not a fit or workplace result. The Terms of Use state that, as of their effective date, the Water, Textiles, Food packaging, and Medical devices chapters describe Research Applications, and that they do not describe finished products currently available from C-POLAR for those uses. What the Textiles chapter publishes is the material: the NanoFlashing™ Textile has a permanent positive polarity, a fixed positive charge, and the fabric stays waterproof, breathable, strong and washable. Fit testing, filtration testing of a complete mask and workplace protection factors are evidence about a finished respirator, and they are held by whoever makes and certifies that respirator.

The Terms of Use state: “A test of C-POLAR material, a component, or a prototype does not establish the performance of a finished product that incorporates it.”
