The Terms of Use state that, as of their effective date, the Water, Textiles, Food packaging, and Medical devices chapters describe Research Applications, and that they do not describe finished products currently available from C-POLAR for those uses. What the Textiles chapter publishes is the material: the NanoFlashing™ Textile has a permanent positive polarity, a fixed positive charge, and the fabric stays waterproof, breathable, strong and washable. Anything that depends on how a mask sits on a face, on how long it is worn and on how the wearer behaves is outside what a material test measures, and the company has published no such measurement.

The Terms of Use state: “A test of C-POLAR material, a component, or a prototype does not establish the performance of a finished product that incorporates it.”
