Can a purchaser verify that supplied masks match the model in the approval record?
A supplied mask is checked against the certification record held by the body that issued it.
No authority has approved, registered, cleared or endorsed the NanoFlashing™ Air Filter, and the company classifies its own article. The company publishes no finished-mask evidence, and it offers no respirator, mask or insert. The Terms of Use state: “A citation, quotation, name, logo, link, or third-party test does not by itself mean that the third party sponsors, endorses, certifies, or approves C-POLAR, a C-POLAR product, a Site claim, or a proposed use.” They also state that no one may “State or imply that C-POLAR has approved, endorsed, licensed, partnered with, or verified you, your organization, or your product, when it has not.” NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
