Can a holiday rental's remote owner verify that filters are changed on schedule?

A maintenance record for an installed system belongs to the organisation that runs it, and the company holds none of it.

The NanoFlashing™ Air Filter has no electronics in it, and it reports nothing. The filter is passive. It draws no power, and it has no power supply, electrode, lamp or reservoir. The label sets the replacement point on the filter itself: at the pressure drop printed on the product, or at the interval printed on it, whichever comes first. How an owner at a distance satisfies itself that the work was done is arranged between that owner and whoever does the work.
