How do I confirm that the proposed filter fits and operates within the customer's equipment limits?
The fit and the operating limits are confirmed against the label on the filter and the specification of the customer's own equipment.
The label states where to use the filter: forced-air heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems in homes, businesses and institutions that take its panel size and run at or below the rated airflow and maximum face velocity printed on it. It instructs: “Do not use where this filter would restrict airflow beyond the system's specification.” It also states: “Improper installation can reduce airflow or damage the equipment.” and “Results in a building depend on the system, the airflow, and how well the filter fits its track.” The airflow and pressure limits of the equipment come from the maker of that equipment. Every commercial NanoFlashing™ product is made by a manufacturing partner, in their facility, in their format.
