Would a procurement committee need approval from clinical engineering before a trial?
That is a decision for the hospital.

They also state that the evidence, specifications, instructions and warnings to rely on are those specific to the actual finished product and use. What the company holds is its own record: its statements for the air filter and the reports and certificates named on the Validation page. A copy may be made available on our review of the request. The charge is measured on every production run, and the measurement can be repeated on any filter, upon request.
