The issuer sets those conditions in its scheme rules, and they bind the holder of the certificate. The certificates the company names are held by the manufacturer that makes the filters. The company does not operate those schemes, does not set their thresholds, and does not publish a second set of rules alongside them. Eurovent Certita Certification publishes the rules of the programme under which Certificate No. 15.06.011 was issued, and OEKO-TEX Service GmbH publishes the rules of the scheme under which certificate 17.0.25812 was granted.
