Is the cited document a test report, certification, accreditation record or company declaration?

They are four different kinds of document, and the company names each one for what it is.

The LMS Technologies, Intertek and RST Rail System Testing documents are test reports. Eurovent Certita Certification Certificate No. 15.06.011 and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certificate 17.0.25812 are certificates, issued by a certification body to a holder. A laboratory's ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation is an accreditation record, and it is about the laboratory. The company's Statement of Classification is a company declaration, issued by NF Technical Products Inc. The company names the laboratory for each report it cites, with the report number and the standard where the report prints them. A test report is not a certification, and an accreditation of a laboratory is not a statement about any product it tested.
