Does the certification programme require complaints to be reported to its issuer?

A complaint about a certified product belongs with the holder of the certificate and with the issuer, and both are named.

The issuer sets those conditions in its scheme rules, and they bind the holder of the certificate. The certificates the company names are held by the manufacturer that makes the filters. They are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certificate 17.0.25812, issued by OEKO-TEX Service GmbH, and Eurovent Certita Certification Certificate No. 15.06.011, and each issuer’s own record names the holder of its certificate. The company does not operate those schemes, does not set their thresholds, and does not publish a second set of rules alongside them.
