Does a certificate's scope distinguish a material roll from a complete filtration assembly?

Yes, and the company's own records show both kinds side by side.

The DIN 53438-3 fire tests, RST Rail System Testing reports P60-22-0003 and P60-24-0297, were run on filter media. The UL 900 and ULC-S111 fire tests were run on complete filter units, and each report names which one: Intertek Building & Construction report 105175501SAT-001 on a panel filter, 104974202SAT-001 on a bag filter, 105169484SAT-001 on a fan coil filter, 106093268SAT-001 on a pleated filter and 106079483SAT-001 on a pocket filter. Each document states its own scope, and that is the limit of what it covers. A result on media is not a result on an assembly, and a result on one construction is not a result on another.
