Can a certification renewal rely on old test samples after a material change?
A certificate covers the product that was tested, and a changed product is a different product for that purpose.
The issuer sets those conditions in its scheme rules, and they bind the holder of the certificate. The certificates the company names are held by the manufacturer that makes the filters. The company does not operate those schemes, does not set their thresholds, and does not publish a second set of rules alongside them. What a renewal needs is therefore the issuer's decision, taken against its own rules.
