The Privacy Policy states that C-POLAR is based in Nevada, in the United States, that Mailchimp stores contact-form records on systems in the United States, and that Mailchimp and the other services named in the notice use systems in the United States and other countries. It states that information can therefore be processed outside the country from which a visitor uses the site, and that privacy laws differ between countries. The services it names are Cloudflare, Carto, unpkg, jsDelivr and Mailchimp.
