Does the quality system prevent unapproved raw-material substitutions?

The quality system that controls a production line belongs to the manufacturer that runs it, and C-POLAR publishes none of its procedures.

Every commercial NanoFlashing™ product is made by a manufacturing partner, in their facility, in their format. Approval of a raw material, and the controls that stop an unapproved one being used, sit inside that manufacturer's system, and what it must buy is set by the specification in its agreement with its own supplier. The Terms of Use state: “A prospective partner or manufacturer must perform its own testing, validation, compatibility work, safety review, risk review, and quality controls for its proposed product and use.”
