How is consistency checked across the full material area and across production lots?
The charge is measured on every production run, and the measurement can be repeated on any filter, upon request.
The polarity is a positive electric charge at rest, measured as surface charge density, in nanocoulombs per square centimetre. The NanoFlashing manufacturing process produces the charge. The process acts on the filter by physical means. The company publishes no measurement procedure and no sampling plan, and it states no value. That practice is stated in the Statement of Classification for the NanoFlashing™ Air Filter, section 2.3, and it is a measurement of the charge rather than a production record.
What a converter or a manufacturing partner checks across its own material, and how often, is set by that party's quality system and by the agreement that governs the delivery.
