Continuity of supply is a matter for the agreement between the parties to it, and C-POLAR publishes no continuity plan. Every commercial NanoFlashing™ product is made by a manufacturing partner, in their facility, in their format. The manufacturing partners named on the About page are Aero Pro, AQ Filter, BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions, Olympic International and VOLZ Filters. The Terms of Use state that accessing the Site or contacting C-POLAR through the Site does not create a supply commitment or other business relationship, and that a prospective partner may rely only on a commitment stated in a Separate Agreement, which is a written agreement signed by an authorized C-POLAR officer.
What the company does publish for the records behind its own statements is on the Validation page: the institutions that tested the pathogen claim, and report and certificate numbers for the air-filtration, certification and safety records.
