Can a quality auditor interview line staff without sales or management answering for them?

An audit of a production site is arranged with the manufacturer that runs it, and C-POLAR sets no terms for it.

Every commercial NanoFlashing™ product is made by a manufacturing partner, in their facility, in their format. The manufacturing partners named on the About page are Aero Pro, AQ Filter, BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions, Olympic International and VOLZ Filters. Who an auditor may speak to on a site, and on what terms, is agreed between that auditor's organisation and the manufacturer that runs the site.

The Terms of Use state that accessing the Site or contacting C-POLAR through the Site does not create a partnership, agency, joint venture, distribution right, supply commitment, license, exclusive right, or other business relationship.
