What was the “Strawberry Test” shown on the Food Packaging page, and what did it find?
The Strawberry Test is a film on the Food page of three strawberries held at 26°C for thirteen days; its closing frame labels the one in a glass jar “Expired on Day 2”, the one in polyester “Expired on Day 3”, and the one wrapped in NanoFlashing™ Food Packaging “Expired on Day 12”, that one marked “Desiccation”.
The page states: “Three strawberries held at 26°C for thirteen days. One stored in a glass jar, one wrapped in polyester, and one wrapped in NanoFlashing™ Food Packaging.” The film shows the three day by day, labelled from “Day 1 (26°C)” to “Day 13 (26°C)”. Its closing frame labels the strawberry stored in a glass jar “Expired on Day 2” and the one wrapped in polyester “Expired on Day 3”, each with “Molds” marked, and the one wrapped in NanoFlashing™ Food Packaging “Expired on Day 12”, with “Desiccation”. The Terms of Use state: “As of the Effective Date, the Water, Textiles, Food packaging, and Medical devices chapters describe Research Applications.
