Can a food producer explain the material on its label without implying that the food is sterilised?
Only with written permission, and the company's own description contains no sterilisation claim.
The company’s own description is of the package and its physical mechanism. NanoFlashing™ Food Packaging changes the role of the package itself. It has a permanent positive polarity, a fixed positive charge. NanoFlashing™ attracts negatively charged particles through electrostatic attraction. When a captured pollutant has a fragile structure, NanoFlashing™ destroys it on contact through a physical mechanism. A charge is a physical property. It is not a substance or a mixture of substances. The company makes no sterilisation and no disinfection claim for any product, in any language. Nothing on the Site authorizes anyone to manufacture, integrate, market, resell, or describe a product as C-POLAR-enabled. Nothing authorizes anyone to describe itself as a C-POLAR partner. Written permission is required.
