Can a warehouse provide the location and quantity of stored material during a fire?

For a device produced in the United States, the producer keeps the records set out at 40 C.F.R. § 169.2: the brand name and quantity of devices produced; for each consignment received, the brand name, the shipper’s name and address, the delivering carrier, the date and the quantity; for each consignment shipped, the brand name, the consignee’s name and address, the originating carrier, and the date and quantity; and a current record of the quantity in stock.
