Does local market surveillance have access to the relevant confidential technical file?
An authority that asks the company for its documents has that request reviewed and answered.
The company holds the Statement of Regulatory Status, the Statement of Classification and the label for the air filter, and the reports and certificates named on the Validation page. The charge is measured on every production run, and the measurement can be repeated on any filter, upon request. The technical file for a finished product is held by the manufacturer of that product.
