Which EU position document is current, and what record shows the status of earlier capture-only and later destruction wording?
The current European position document is the Statement of Regulatory Status for NanoFlashing™ Air Filter, dated 11 September 2026.
Its wording on destruction is at 2.6: “The filter is intended to destroy the viruses, bacteria and fungal spores it captures.
