The label instructs that the system is switched off at the thermostat or at the unit's disconnect before the filter access is opened, that the filter is fitted into the filter track with the airflow arrow pointing toward the blower, and that it sits square in the track with no gap at the frame. The label states: “Air that passes around a filter is not treated by it.”
