What do the Terms say about an unsolicited idea or suggestion?
The Terms of Use state that if a person sends an idea, suggestion, or feedback, C-POLAR may use, change, publish, and share it for any purpose without payment.
They state that the sender keeps ownership of material the sender already owns, that C-POLAR does not have to use or pay for an unsolicited idea, and that C-POLAR may already be developing the same or a similar idea. They also state that a Separate Agreement controls if it says otherwise, and that confidential, proprietary, patient or trade-secret information must not be sent through a general Site form.
