Which rights does the Privacy Policy list, subject to where a visitor lives?
The Privacy Policy lists eight rights, and states that privacy law gives a person some or all of them depending on where that person lives.
They are: to ask whether C-POLAR holds personal information about that person; to access that information and receive a copy; to correct inaccurate information; to ask C-POLAR to delete information; to restrict or object to certain uses; to receive information that person provided in a portable form; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a refusal where the law provides that right.
The Privacy Policy states that C-POLAR does not treat a person differently for making a privacy request.
