What information does C-POLAR receive when I email it directly?
When a person emails C-POLAR directly, it receives that email address and the information in the message.
The Privacy Policy states that. It states that contact details and messages are used to receive, answer and manage enquiries, on the basis of the company's legitimate interest in responding to people who contact it. It also states that when a visitor's browser requests a page or file, it sends its IP address to the service that receives the request, and that Cloudflare Web Analytics records page views, the referring page, and country and browser information derived from the request.
The Privacy Policy states that no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Yes.
Every successful contact-form submission also adds the work email address to the mailing list.
The Privacy Policy states that the contact form uses Mailchimp's subscribe endpoint, that Mailchimp receives the submission and the sender's IP address when the form is submitted, and that it adds the sender's work email address to a C-POLAR mailing list. It states that the marketing box and the Terms box are separate, but that both are required, and that the form cannot be used to send only an enquiry.
The newsletter form in the footer is not yet in service: submitting it only displays a message, and it does not send the address to C-POLAR or Mailchimp.

No. Stopping marketing does not prevent C-POLAR from answering an enquiry already sent.
The Privacy Policy states: “Stopping marketing does not prevent us from answering an enquiry that you sent.” It also states that contact submissions and related correspondence are kept until the enquiry and its follow-up are complete, and longer where they remain relevant to an ongoing business interaction, a legal duty or an unresolved claim.

Confidential material is not to be sent through a general form on this site.
The Terms of Use state that C-POLAR does not accept a duty of confidentiality for material sent through a general Site form unless a Separate Agreement covering that material is already in force. The contact form asks for first name, last name, work email, company and a message, and the Privacy Policy states that a submission is received through Mailchimp, an Intuit service, and that every successful submission adds the work email address to a C-POLAR mailing list. Drawings, specifications and other proprietary material are exchanged under a signed agreement, and an enquiry about putting one in place goes to [email protected].

The stores have separate privacy notices, and they are not part of this site.
The Privacy Policy states that the Site does not include shop.cpolartechnologies.com, shopusa.cpolartechnologies.com, another online store that displays separate terms, or a C-POLAR page hosted on a third-party platform, and that those sites and pages have separate privacy notices. The Terms of Use state that a link between the Site and a separate store does not bring the store under them, and that the store and every purchase from it are governed only by the terms presented there. Those two stores are C-POLAR's own.
