Is the filter suitable for airflow that reverses direction during normal operation?

The filter is fitted and used in one direction, so it is not offered for airflow that reverses during normal operation.

The label for the NanoFlashing™ Air Filter instructs that the filter is fitted into the filter track with the airflow arrow pointing toward the blower, that is, in the direction the air travels. NanoFlashing™ is a permanent positive polarity engineered into filter media itself. It is a physical property of the filter, and the polarity is a positive electric charge at rest. The filter captures airborne particles mechanically and by electrostatic attraction. The company publishes no test of reversing airflow; an application with reversing flow is discussed with the maker of the finished filter, and enquiries go to [email protected].
