Can a bank of filters be balanced if individual units have different resistance?
Balancing a bank is the work of the system designer with the maker of the finished filters, and the company does not publish unit-to-unit resistance data for a filter bank.
This site publishes no fan curve, pressure-drop curve, motor load or duct data, and it does not model a particular system.
