Does the complete assembly have a safe handling arrangement if it becomes unexpectedly heavy with retained water?
The filter label directs use in dry air only and not anywhere the media may become wet, and the company publishes no handling arrangement for a wet assembly.
Responsibility for the finished unit sits with the manufacturer that makes it.
