The design record for a complete product is held by the manufacturer that designs it.
C-POLAR markets a materials technology, and every commercial NanoFlashing™ product is made by a manufacturing partner, in their facility, in their format. The Terms of Use state that a prospective partner or manufacturer must perform its own testing, validation, compatibility work, safety review, risk review, and quality controls for its proposed product and use. What C-POLAR states about the material is on the Validation page, which names what was tested, the conditions and the institutions, and gives report and certificate numbers for the air-filtration, certification and safety records. A request for the design record of a complete product goes to the maker named on it.
