Does a user-facing emergency instruction remain legible after exposure to water or cleaning products?

Packaging and printed matter on a finished product are produced by its manufacturer.

The NanoFlashing™ Air Filter label directs that the filter be kept out of reach of children, that it be stored flat or on edge in its original packaging, indoors and dry, and that the used filter and its packaging be disposed of as ordinary household or commercial waste under Federal, State and local requirements. An insert, a sticker or an emergency instruction added by the maker of a complete unit belongs to that maker, including how it is fixed and how long it stays legible. The Terms of Use state that the manufacturer and seller of a finished product are responsible for its labeling and instructions.
