Does a contractor's incident record reach the company responsible for the material?
The company publishes its contact details on the Contact page for a question or a complaint, and a second, formal route for a legal notice.
The Contact page gives [email protected] and +1 604 630 6830 for general enquiries. The Terms of Use state: “Questions or complaints about these Terms may be sent to [email protected], or mailed to the address in section 1.” That address is C-POLAR Technologies, Inc., c/o C-POLAR Innovations, Inc., 889 Harbourside Drive, North Vancouver, BC V7P 3S1, Canada. For a legal notice, section 16 requires a written notice describing the material facts, the legal basis and the relief requested, sent to [email protected] with the subject “Legal Notice” and by a tracked delivery method to that address.
What the company answers for is its own published text. Each answer in this library carries the date it was last reviewed, and when its wording changes, the answer carries the new text and a new review date. A concern about a finished product, about a claim made for it or about the conditions of the work that makes it is raised with the party responsible for that product or that workplace.
