No treatment capacity, no change point, no commissioning step, no regeneration procedure, no seal specification and no waste route is published for a water cartridge.
The Water page states that the NanoFlashing™ Water Filter has a permanent positive polarity, a fixed positive charge. A cartridge, its housing and the instructions that travel with it belong to the party that makes and sells that product. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
