Can a household estimate cartridge life without knowing its incoming contaminant level?

The Terms of Use state that, as of their effective date, the Water, Textiles, Food packaging, and Medical devices chapters describe Research Applications, and that they do not describe finished products currently available from C-POLAR for those uses. No treatment capacity, no change point, no commissioning step, no regeneration procedure, no seal specification and no waste route is published for a water cartridge.
The Water page states that the NanoFlashing™ Water Filter has a permanent positive polarity, a fixed positive charge. For PFOA the published claim is capture. The NanoFlashing™ Water Filter attracts and captures PFOA. A cartridge, its housing and the instructions that travel with it belong to the party that makes and sells that product.
