Can a cartridge be installed incorrectly while still allowing water to flow?

The Terms of Use state that, as of their effective date, the Water, Textiles, Food packaging, and Medical devices chapters describe Research Applications, and that they do not describe finished products currently available from C-POLAR for those uses. No treatment capacity, no change point, no commissioning step, no regeneration procedure, no seal specification and no waste route is published for a water cartridge.

The Water page states that the NanoFlashing™ Water Filter has a permanent positive polarity, a fixed positive charge. A cartridge, its housing and the instructions that travel with it belong to the party that makes and sells that product.
