Does a NanoFlashing filter produce ozone or release anything into the air?

NanoFlashing™ is passive. It generates no ozone, releases nothing, and adds nothing to what passes through.

The NanoFlashing page states it twice, at step 4 of the account and again under Permanent Positive Polarity: it generates no ozone and adds nothing to what passes through. The Statement of Classification states at 2.4 that in use the ventilation system's own fan moves air through the filter, that the filter is passive, that it draws no power and has no power supply, electrode, lamp or reservoir, that it generates no ozone and emits nothing into the air passing through it, and that the air leaving the filter has had nothing added to it. The label for the NanoFlashing™ Air Filter states that no power is required and that there is no by-product such as ozone. The polarity is a positive electric charge at rest, and the charge is measured on every production run. That is a statement about what the filter gives off. The company makes no claim about removing ozone from air that already carries it.
