Does the published description call NanoFlashing™ passive?

The published description calls NanoFlashing™ passive, in those words.
The NanoFlashing page states: “NanoFlashing™ is passive. It generates no ozone, releases nothing, and adds nothing to what passes through.” The same page states that it doesn't run out, react or need a plug. The Statement of Classification states at 2.4 that the filter is passive, that it draws no power, and that it has no power supply, electrode, lamp or reservoir, and that the ventilation system's own fan moves the air through it.
The label for the NanoFlashing™ Air Filter states that no power is required and that there is no by-product such as ozone. A complete air cleaner still has to move air, and the fan that does it belongs to the appliance or to the building's system.
