What wording describes the textile application?

The Textiles chapter is a Research Application, and the page describes a fabric that carries the polarity.

The Textile page states that the NanoFlashing™ Textile has a permanent positive polarity, a fixed positive charge, and that the fabric stays waterproof, breathable, strong and washable. NanoFlashing™ attracts negatively charged particles through electrostatic attraction. When a captured pollutant has a fragile structure, NanoFlashing™ destroys it on contact through a physical mechanism. A charge is a physical property. It is not a substance or a mixture of substances. The Textile page describes the application in these words: “The NanoFlashing™ Textile captures and destroys viruses, bacteria and fungal spores, and stays waterproof, breathable, strong and washable.” The Terms of Use state that, as of their effective date, the Water, Textiles, Food packaging, and Medical devices chapters describe Research Applications, and that they do not describe finished products currently available from C-POLAR for those uses.

The Validation page lists after 60 washes among the conditions the material was tested under, and a result covers the article and the conditions named in the report that recorded it.
