Does an embargo restrict publication timing without implying independent endorsement?

An embargo carries no endorsement.

The Terms of Use state: “A citation, quotation, name, logo, link, or third-party test does not by itself mean that the third party sponsors, endorses, certifies, or approves C-POLAR, a C-POLAR product, a Site claim, or a proposed use.” They also state that the Site may quote, summarize, name, or link to research, publications, people, institutions, products, and websites that C-POLAR does not control, and that this does not mean that C-POLAR endorses every statement in the third-party source. The Validation page lists the institutions that tested NanoFlashing™, and its Tested and Certified list gives the report, study or certificate number for each entry; an institution's name is not itself a result.
