Can an external reviewer access relevant negative findings under confidentiality?

A review that needs more than the company's published pages is arranged in writing, through [email protected] on the Contact page, and each request is reviewed.

The company sets out the property and how it is measured in its Statement of Classification. The polarity is a positive electric charge at rest. It is measured as surface charge density, in nanocoulombs per square centimetre. The charge is measured on every production run, and the measurement can be repeated on any filter, upon request. A charge is a physical property. It is not a substance or a mixture of substances.
