C-POLAR markets a materials technology. Every commercial NanoFlashing™ product is made by a manufacturing partner, in their facility, in their format. Development runs configuration by configuration, and each partner controls what is said about the work. The Terms of Use state: “Accessing the Site or contacting C-POLAR through the Site does not create a partnership, agency, joint venture, distribution right, supply commitment, license, exclusive right, or other business relationship.”

The unit a material is supplied in, its usable width, its roll-end acceptance and the markings on a roll are set in the agreement that governs a delivery. Terms of that kind are agreed in writing between the parties to a supply agreement, and the company publishes no roll specification. The manufacturing and distribution partners the company names on its About and Air pages are Aero Pro, AQ Filter, BGE Indoor Air Quality Solutions, Olympic International and VOLZ Filters, and the two products it names are INHALO™ and ReinFire™. NanoFlashing™ is a technology; the name, rating and sale of a product that carries it are set by that product's maker and seller.
