Will a small buyer pay a distributor markup that a large buyer avoids?

Who pays for independent acceptance testing requested by the buyer?

Who pays for a buyer’s own testing is a term of that purchase, and the charge on any filter can be measured again on request.

The charge is measured on every production run, and the measurement can be repeated on any filter, upon request. The polarity is a positive electric charge at rest. It is measured as surface charge density, in nanocoulombs per square centimetre. A reported result applies to the sample that was tested, under the conditions and the standard named in the report that recorded it.
